Contract setup and BAO responsibility model

In Chinese business culture, the concept of “BAO” (包) means taking full turnkey responsibility. As soon as you select a factory, we activate this principle. Our legal team requests all required details and prepares a compliant foreign trade contract. We also perform a baseline supplier audit so you can be confident the deal is legally clean and secure from day one.

Financial transparency and invoicing

Reliable logistics starts with secure payments. Based on the contract, an invoice is issued. We organize fund transfers through stable banking channels or trusted payment-agent schemes. The process is fully aligned with Russian currency-control requirements and provides all legally required closing documents.

Shipment intake and dimensional control

When goods are ready, we take physical control at the warehouse. We request and verify the packing list. Precise measurement of dimensions, net/gross weight, and final volume is the foundation that prevents overpayment at the freight stage.

Transit and customs clearance in Russia

While cargo is in transit, you stay calm. Upon arrival at the Russian terminal, our local broker initiates customs clearance: accurate HS classification and transparent calculation of duties and VAT. Release into free circulation is completed without delays or hidden risks.

Final handover and transparent settlement

We finish the supply cycle as transparently as we started it. The final cost consists strictly of pre-agreed items: freight, customs charges, and terminal handling. You receive cargo at your location together with a full set of shipping and customs documents. This is the BAOBAO standard.
